Access request approvals via a mobile device

Hello all,

I have a few questions about access requests approvals via a mobile device:

  1. When IDN sends out email notifications, is there any opportunity to add an “approve” or “deny” button? Idea would be for the users to review the email on their mobile device and hit approve.
  2. When MS teams is integrated with IDN as per documentation, do all the features work the same way on mobile MS teams app as they do on the desktop MS teams version?

Hi @spatil19,

  1. No, you cannot add “Approve” or “Deny” button in an email. The reviewer has to login to IdentityNow to check the Access Request and then decide on it.

  2. Yes, all the features of Teams integration work alike in all devices
