We’re seeing “pending approval” on the application like so:
No tickets to service desk are going through for this specific application, while others configured do send tickets to the service desk. Any idea why that “pending approval” indication is showing up for this application?
There are multiple apps like this one configured for access requests via the request center. There is virtually no difference in the Service Desk integration configuration for this app from the others; the same catalog is being referenced. But specifically for this application, the tickets stopped generating for a while.
They did generate before, and they continue to generate now (when I checked it just a few moments ago). It randomly stopped for a while and I can’t seem to figure out why, or why it stopped specifically for this application. I confirmed the configurations were all correct, and there was no discrepancy in the config of Service Desk or the Application on IdentityNow.
