Hi, thanks for your question. It may take a bit to get to your inbox. In addition, please check your spam/junk folder as well as your IT permissions for your organization as sometimes there are blockers on these types of emails. You can always register with your person email if needed too.

How to register for these / such events? I see an option to add to calendar or DM someone but no option to register.
