@njackson Thanks for the great session, it is really helpful, I have one use case if you can address here, we are using ServiceNow integration Module for creating tickets via workflow, we are using manage ServiceNow ticket we need to create one request should break up into three different tasks for teams to process, Can you suggest Is it possible to manage via workflow?
