Hi @248048 From the screen shot I would be very surprised if the Email attribute has not been updated in Workday. I suggest double checking with the WD team. As @nithyamn13 says above - What does the Account look like in ISC? I take it it has been aggregated since the update?

Hi @nithyamn13 - I have tried aggregating the identity individually, However no luck & checked with WD team and they confirmed they haven’t received anything from Sailpoint. Thanks Regards Girish

Hi @248048 Do check with workday team, if there is any business process framework configured in workday that limits updating email on Workday!

Hi @248048 To be clear - have you aggregated the account since the update and if so what does the email attribute(s) look like?

I have aggregated the complete source, however no luck, Still work email address attribute is blank.

I note that the Account UUID appears to be blank. How are you mapping Account ID in Account schema?
