We onboarded the Workday Accounts application in 2024, and the account aggregation task was functioning as expected in both Production and lower environments with the Aggregate Future Hire option enabled. Recently, we started encountering errors in the Workday Accounts application account aggregation task. Upon debugging, we found that if we execute the task without enabling the Aggregate Future Hire option, it runs successfully.

We have opened a SailPoint case regarding this issue, and they informed us that it is a known issue. However, our concern is that if this is a known issue, how was the job executing successfully for the past six months? Additionally, why is this task currently executing without any issues in Production, but failing in the lower environment?

Can someone please help us if they have encountered the same issue? We would appreciate any assistance.
