Workday Accounts connector | Test connection is failing but aggregation is working

We are seeing weird issue in production environment on Workday Accounts connector source

Test connection is failing and the status is changing to “Not Responding”, but when we try to run the aggregation, aggregation is working fine and accounts are getting aggregated.

Anyone else seeing this weird behavior?

I feel like this could be a timeout issue. Could you try to increase “healthCheckTimeout”?

Is it a OOTB connector or a custom built web services one?
If it is the latter, your HTTP operation for ‘TEST’ could be malfunctioning/ badly configured

OOTB Connector…
It was working without any errors or exceptions for last 3 months

I tried increasing the timeout to 300 and still see the same error

Can you check the ccg log whether it provides any insights on the error?
