Workday Accounts Connector - Account Aggregation

Hi Team,

We are integrating Workday Accounts connector with IDN. Whenever aggregations are run, Entitlement aggregations are giving us the data, but accounts aggregations are not returning any data though it is successfully run.
Below are the things I have checked and confirmed from app team:

  1. XPATH mentioned was correct and app team is able to get the response from their tool.
  2. Permissions are checked and it seems alright.
    Can you please let me know if I am missing something? We got the logs too and there were no errors in it, and no API details were visible.

Hmm, double check the permissions are for the correct org in Workday

Hi @SindhuVMurthy ,

Mostly it should be the permission issue with the service account. I would suggest to check with application whether the all required permissions are assigned.

@PrashantMishra @vkashat Yes, app team is able to fetch the data with that request.

No there is no filter applied.

Hi @SindhuVMurthy ,

  1. Did you check with app team whether provided service account has all the needed permissions?
  2. During running account aggregation task are you encountering any errors?

Can you please try with the below possible fixes :-

i) Increase the value of Page size to 999
