Hi and Hello,

I have some workflows which are adding or deleting roles when refresh is trigger lifecycle event(depatment, status, etc). Work iteams are waiting for decision from manager. I would like to close work iteams arfter 2 or 3 weeks automatically (no more wait for manager), what is the best way to do it?

I should add one more step to workflow and somehow calculate with “created” and todayDate than close work iteam?
Maybe there is way to do this opnion on gui or some task? Maybe create another workflow to check this date/created and close?

Any suggestions it will be helpfull.

I believe the easiest way would be to use WorkitemExpiration rule - I was writing about it here
