Problem

We see “Identity Data is being processed” banner in a service now identity profile for more than a week.

We have already checked for any pending aggregation task but there are no any pending tasks. Only task I see is the scheduled entitlement aggregation ones under the aggregation history from the past but still in progress.

Does this cause the banner to appear? Has any one faced and resolved such issue?

Welcome to SailPoint Developer Community.

Yes, did face this issue and the root cause was pending aggregations only. Once you terminate the pending aggregations, Identity Profile processing should complete.

Hi Krishna,

the UI does not show any task kill button or the pending task from the agg history of the source.

The pending entitlement aggregation is only present on the source aggregation history.

I m unsure if we have any API available to terminate the tasks.

Try closing that Aggregation Task using the below API call

If it doesn’t work, create a support ticket. Support team will terminate, I did the same when I faced this issue.
