Hi all, I have a use case where after a user performs edit identity and clicks submit, could I have a validation prompt/pop up appear before the request is really created?

the edit identity operation calls LCM Create and Identity workflow, so you can try customizing that to add a form which does the validation/prompt pop up

or you can try adding a policy for the Update Identity operation from here
