Check for existing reuqest

Hi,
Does anyone know how IIQ validated when submitting an access request if the request for simillar entitlement is already pending.
Out of the box IIQ gives a pop-up that reuqest is pending and you cannot submit the request.

It checks for an existing IdentityRequest for the entitlement for that identity.
