Hi All,

We are planning to update inactive attribute as true of external disabled users. How can we achieve this as we are planning to build such process to update for other external users with same case.

A lifecycle event would probably be the best option. The use case you describe sounds like Rapidsetup leaver or a custom event trigger and workflow would achieve this.

Hi @ayadav_12,

for the first change, you can create a rule that update all the external are present in this moment if it is only update that you want.

Later you can set the LC for those users.

If you have a source for external, you can inactive the identity when you detect account is disabled.
If manage with forms(create & edit idenity) you can manage in edit indenty form directly.

If you need to do something for the inactivation of those identities, you can managa with reapidsetup leaver or with a identity trigger.

For best practice is recommended, everytime, to disabling the IDN are really inactive(and provisining it) for security and licence cost of IIQ too.
