We are running IIQ8.1p1 and are close to implementing our Leavers Workflow, but just noticed that a very large number of Identities that have already been Terminated, do not have ‘InActive = True’ set in the Cube.
Can anyone assist in directing me to the best option for a one time ‘clean up’ rule where I could loop through all identities and if RecordStatus = Terminated Then setInactive = True?
I’m no developer, so if you have any sample code you could point to, that would be very greatly appreciated!
Also, if setting the IdentityAttribute ‘InActive’ isn’t the appropriate thing to do upon termination, can you explain what would be better? This comes from searching for Identities with ‘InActive = False’ and we found all the terminated users still being listed.
