Unit ccg.service could not be found

  • I refer the document below,reinstall VA images,and use sudo update_engine_client -check_for_update command.But now work.In Virtual Appliance Cluster not showing up in the VA cluster dropdown - Identity Security Cloud (ISC) / ISC Discussion and Questions - SailPoint Developer Community artical,I found someone download another VA images and work.So I want to know whether exist another solution to slove this problem?

Facing the same issue. Please leave comment in below trailing post and have a support case raised with SailPoint team. Many are facing this issue.

CCG in new VA not present

I register my VA and it gets paired with wit my cluster. Once I start it it connect to ISC and I can see Status being in green connected but VA CCG Version is “Not Available” [image] then after waiting a long time (over an hour) I still can’t see CCG image being downloaded by my VA. I cann’t create ticket because I use partner tenant

You can create one under partner account also as your org is partner with SailPoint. I did the same. Please post your issue in the discussion that I have given so that developer relations team will know the widespread impact.
