Ccg service not started

Hello Community,

I hope everyone is doing well,

This is my first time installing a VA ( standard mode just locally for testing purposes ) ever and i followed every step on the documentation however the ccg service isn t starting and when i try to manually start it i get an error ccg service not found do you guys have any idea on how to start it please?

Can you share more information, such as;

  • Where are you installing the VM of the VA (which type of virtualization environment)?
  • Which steps did you run (can you share the documentation you pulled it from?
  • Are you doing this for a test / devrel environment or a client environment?

Thanks for the reply

I am using a VM within Vsphere so it s a local VA
Also, it s not for clients it s just for training purposes
I used this doc : Deploying Virtual Appliances - SailPoint Identity Services

I’m assuming it is then a tenant in the “identitynow-demo.com” domain? Then ensure you run the proper pairing commands on the VA.

Can you share the exact commands you ran on the VA?
