I uploaded the jar, waited for a min but still error comes while trying to save. Where are the errors logs to further troubleshoot?

Thanks Sunny. I was trying to upload ojdbc10.jar and ojdbc11.jar which was failing and useless trace id for customer (without assistance from support). When I uploaded ojdbc8.jar, it uploaded successfully

I’m not certain if this problem is unique to this source, but as a troubleshooting step, could you attempt renaming the JAR file to test if it can be successfully uploaded?
