Unable to create an identity

Hello everyone, I have the following scenario:

1 - I have added my authoritative source
2 - The authoritative source account has been created, but the identity is not possible.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Could the issue be something with the identity lifecycle or something like that?

Did you map this source to an identity profile? Are there any identity profile exceptions like missing last name or email?

Those are some common issues you can check for to troubleshoot this.

It seems like you haven’t created identity profile with this source .

Please make sure you have followed below steps to complete the Identity Profiles setup as per document.

Setting Up Identity Profiles

  1. Go to Admin > Identity Management > Identity Profiles.
  2. Select Create New.
  3. Enter a name for your identity profile. As a best practice, describe the source for this identity profile.
  4. Choose a source from the dropdown list. This source will become an authoritative source, and the source’s users will become identities in Identity Security Cloud.
  5. Enter a description for this identity profile.

follow until below step then you can expect the identity.
Select Apply Changes in the bar at the top of the page to apply your changes to the identity profile’s identities.

After completing Identity Profile creation you will see number of identities under Identities column as shown below:

Hello everyone, I forgot to create a transformation for the user lifecycle state, I created a transformation and the identity was created
