UI: Resource Center icon covers UI Elements for Grids

What problem are you observing?

The Resource Cernter notification icon (Blue lightbulb) in the lower right of the screen covers up UI elements and makes it difficult/impossible to click.

This can be scrolled away from if you scroll over the right part of the screen, but this can be difficult when the grid takes up most of the screen. However, many pages default with it covering some element.

The Resource Center duplicated a lot of items available in the Solution Center as well, so those could be streamlined under one section.

What is the correct behavior?

The icon should be a menu item or turned off when no new notifications are present.

What product feature is this related to?

ISC UI

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Go to the Search page

Do you have any other information about your environment that may help?

This could be software versions, browser versions, special configurations, etc.

I came here to complain about the same thing. It’s bad placement within AIC as it covers the expand data element

I do not understand how this is still a problem. This “feature” is more obstructive than it is helpful. It blocks the “Next Page” button in the Search UI, and has literally never told me anything useful, so it is a net detractor as far as user experience is concerned.

If the effort required to move or change this UI element is too much, it should be straight-up removed until that work can be assigned. This has been an issue for at least 5 years. This is ridiculous.

This is a very old issue. No idea why they dont just move it to the top bar. Lots of space there.
