Inconsistent "Delete" GUI UX between, say, Delete a Source, vs Delete a Segment

There’s the Action Overflow Menu for deleting a Source, and then there’s a slideout menu for deleting a Segment.

I’m sure there’s some ‘justification’…but it’s factually just inconsistent UI.

And then there’s the Card / Table view toggle, and a floating card view (e.g. personal certifications, and Admin → Connections → Service Desk).

And why’s there’s no Search under the personal Completed Certifications?

And some table view don’t have a card toggle (e.g. Search → Certification Campaigns).

And why does Task Manager get a ← Dashboard link, and Certification or Search doesn’t? That Dashboard link actually brings you to “MySailPoint”. Whereas “Admin → Dashboard” is a whole other thing. (i.e. wording consistency)

Imagine if Linus from LTT was reviewing the UI/UX of ISC instead of macOS.
