Was a configuration change made to the ISC AD connector? I am noticing a lot more connection: time out errors over the past few weeks.

I would echo this as well. We track this in our environment and there was a huge jump, to the tune of 10x, in the past 2 weeks or so.

Same here - Seeing this error for a bulk provisioning activity for all accounts - Unable to generate a unique value for ‘xxxx’, action LDAPUniqueValueValidator[sAMAccountName=xyz,app=Active Directory] is not retry-able due to InterruptedException: Timeout waiting for response to message 132 from client after 30 seconds.
