I encountered difficulties during the account creation process for Google Workspace.
I made a self-service request on SailPoint ISC and selected GWS roles. The provisioning information on SailPoint showed that the account creation and entitlement addition processes were successful, but when I checked Google Workspace, the user had not been created.
I have followed the instructions from the following URL:

try provisioning the user into google workspace now and see what result you get.
