Test Connection failure for SAP GRC Application post 8.3p5 Update

We recently applied the 8.3p5 patch in our client’s environment. Post-upgrade, the SAP GRC application’s test connection is failing, which was working fine in version 8.3p3. Below are the error logs observed:

The SAP GRC target is up and running, and we’ve verified all configurations—including URL, host details, username, password, and port. Everything appears to be correct. The same setup was working fine prior to the 8.3p5 patch.

Has anyone come across a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Hi @Narahari

Is the SAP GRC target up and running ? can you please check with SAP team on this.
HTTP 503 error is service unavailable.

Can you please cross verify whether URL, host details, username, password, port details and function modules are correct ?

Hi @vinnysail

Thank you for prompt response.

The SAP GRC target is up and running, and we’ve verified all configurations—including URL, host details, username, password, and port. Everything appears to be correct. The same setup was working fine prior to the 8.3p5 patch.

Hi @Narahari
Do you have any other environment where 8.3p3 is running and connection to sap grc working ?

Did sap grc team confirmed if they are receiving any requests from sailpoint identity iq environment when you perform test connection.

You can also run a connectorDebug IIQ console command to perform the test connection and see the detailed error message.
