Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?

We are upgrading our version from 8.3 –> 8.5

We are working on testing our version upgrade and have run into a GRC error pictured above while trying to process an Access Request. I am aware of the Sailpoint add on here ( Installation of SAILPOIN Add-On ) But my question is whether this upgrade is required for GRC to work as expected. My SAP team would like to see if there are any workarounds before installing something new and I couldn’t find anything explicitly stating that it was required. Thanks!

Thank you Robert! We actually found the issue, there was some customization in our previous connector that was missed when we upgraded. Our engineer has identified and resolved the issue.

@nkanderson86 Good to know your issue is resolved. Could you please explain (may be at the high level) what does this customization do and without it why it’s failing with RABAX error. This’ll help fellow sailors in case they encounter similar issue. Thanks.
