Teams Integration with IIQ for notifications

Team - We are integrating IIQ with Teams to allow notifications from IdentityIQ to be delivered directly to users as notifications in their Microsoft Teams environment. There are various components involved for this integration to work. We are trying to understand how the data flows between SailPoint, Identity Service Code, Azure Bot and Team along with the protocols used for this interaction between each of the above component. Appreciate any help with this.

Welcome to the development community!

I am not currently aware of any messaging integration between IdentityIQ and Teams. Is this something you are planning on building out yourself? Do you have any reference material you can provide or specific questions?

Blaise, take a look at:

Oh nifty, thank you Remold for letting me know of this enhancement.

@qusro_syed, reading the guide you can ascertain some information regarding the data flows and protocols used. For example, the guide frequently references HTTPS as a required protocol. However, if you need something more concreate it may be simpler to reach out to SailPoint for architectural diagrams. This is a paid feature, so I suspect they would be willing to support the request.

Yes, you are right. Will have to talk to SailPoint for the arch and data flow.
