Microsoft Teams Integration with SailPoint for UAR Actions

Has anyone integrated Microsoft Teams with SailPoint for User Access Reviews (UAR)?

We have a requirement to integrate Microsoft Teams with SailPoint and are planning to send Teams notifications to UAR managers for their access reviews. The goal is for managers to review and take actions (approve, revoke, etc.) directly from Teams without having to log in to the SailPoint console.

Is this feasible? Has anyone implemented a similar solution? Any recommendations, lessons learned, or best practices would be greatly appreciated..

@bhoyars_1 You might want to review the document and run a POC to decide if you want to continue.

Here are some articles related to Teams:

We are working on it, Still we are waiting for security approval. May be this month end we are starting the poc. If you have any questions for requirement let me know. I collected the all the information from the community, Also you can watch the this video help to get idea on what are configuration needed.

Thank you for the response @Jaganreddy_m ..

@bhoyars_1 Any luck on this integration process ?

I had followed the above steps from the documentation but In my case when I am clicking the My Approval tab in Teams it is opening IIQ in new tab and that too the iiq homePage, ideally it should open the Approval page that too in the Microsoft Teams frame.

Let me know, if there is any lead on this. Thanks

Within this step: Installing and Configuring the IdentityIQ Service Code

What cert are we talking about for encryption? It’s not clear which certificate to use.

Could someone help me with this step?

@ksanubalamgm Possibly it is Azure AD app certificate for bot authentication.

Actually, we have got the Microsoft CA certificate for the VM server on which the bot is being installed. Is that correct?
