We have configured Service desk integration for few disconnected applications to manage tickets.
during sunset of entitlement, I see REQ is created in SNOW, but after ticket is fulfilled natively(changed ticket status to ‘Closed_Completed’) this status is not syncing back into SP and entitlement is not removing within SP.
in audit logs I see Req is keep in queued state and never changes(Screenshot attached).
Whereas this is working fine with Access Request module. Request is raised → ticket is created → after ticket fulfillment AR provisioning status changing from ‘Pending’ to ‘Committed’.
any configuration i am missing.
