Service desk issue with Certification

Hello All,

We’ve integrated Service desk app and facing SNOW REQ sync issue with Certification.

When access is revoked through Certification I see SNOW REQ is created but post REQ completion , REQ status is not synching back to SailPoint and thus ent is not removed.

  1. Ran perform maintenance.
  2. in logs no REQ information is captured.

However , when req is made through ‘Manager user access‘, We don’t have synch issue with SailPoint.

Anyone faced same issue? Please help
