We have integrated IIQ to ServiceNow servicedesk, and could observe once the SCTASK,RITM,REQ is closed complete in SNOW, the account link gets updated with entitlement (Added or Removed). Then if we run the PIRM task the AR verifies successfully. Is this the OOTB behavior for IIQ to ServiceNow Service Desk integration ?
Initially i thought the same. I enabled the trace and looked for optimisticprovisioning variable value. It is set to false in all the sub process passed from the LCM Provisioning.
Also i thought was it due to our customized LCM Provisioning? But later i pointed it to ootb LCM provisioning and could see the same behavior.
Reason behind this discussion is .. for Manual Workitem ootb LCM provisioning workflow does not instantly update the link with entitlement (Added/ Removed). So why will ServiceDesk application update the link immediately?
Am i missing something here ? Help will be appreciated.
