We have integrated IIQ to ServiceNow servicedesk, and could observe once the SCTASK,RITM,REQ is closed complete in SNOW, the account link gets updated with entitlement (Added or Removed). Then if we run the PIRM task the AR verifies successfully. Is this the OOTB behavior for IIQ to ServiceNow Service Desk integration ?

What is the value set for the optimisticProvisioning variable in your Access Request workflow? The behavior may be based on this variable.

yes check the optimisticprovisioning value of your variable?? if it set for true or false??

Initially i thought the same. I enabled the trace and looked for optimisticprovisioning variable value. It is set to false in all the sub process passed from the LCM Provisioning.

Also i thought was it due to our customized LCM Provisioning? But later i pointed it to ootb LCM provisioning and could see the same behavior.

Reason behind this discussion is .. for Manual Workitem ootb LCM provisioning workflow does not instantly update the link with entitlement (Added/ Removed). So why will ServiceDesk application update the link immediately?

Am i missing something here ? Help will be appreciated.

Please check entitlement catalog there you will red tringle, that will updated once we ran the sync.

Entitlement tab in Identity object, does not show red triangle once the REQ is closed complete in SNOW, and perform maintenance is run.
