I was wondering about this question that may seem stupid but why do we need to specify a Source Owner on a source ? If we specify someone as a Source Owner what capabilities in ISC does he have ?

Hello Hussainssha, thank you for providing an answer, For the certification tasks, do you know for which type of certification they may be triggered?
It would be for anything targeted to the Source Owner.
