Certification Campaign with Source Owner as Reviewer

I would like to set up a new Certification Campaign using “Access Items” option under Search>Certification section and need to set Source Owner as the reviewer. This means I will search for entitlements from specific sources and need to certify all identities with these entitlements. However, I don’t see Source Owner as an option under Reviewer while saving the campaign.

My memory says this options was available in the past, but may be I am day dreaming.

Any input will be appreciated

Think you can only do that (graphically) with a Source Owner certification on the Certification Campaign side of things.

A search-based certification campaign, to my recollection, doesn’t have source owner as certifier.

[With Source Owner certification campaigns] You’ll need to select the sources in question, and come up with a campaign filter.

Hi Nithesh,

You can create source owner certification by navigating to Admin → Certifications then create new campaign. Here you have an option to create a certificate for source owner.

Hi @iamnithesh ,

If you are creating cert campaign using search, then “source owner” as a reviewer will be available only for uncorrelated accounts cert.

Check this out. Hope we will soon see this feature.

If you want use the Source Owner, you’ll need to use the method that @NeetuDixit mentioned from the Admin → Certifications menu to create it. The downside to this approach is that you can not save it as a Campaign Template and schedule it to be reoccurring. You’ll have to manually create it each time.

One work around would be to use a workflow or external program to call the API for creating the campaign when you need to start a new one, and pass the correct values into the API for the creation.
