Can we run a single account aggregation using API? Like we have load accounts API to aggregate all accounts in the source.
Similarly can we aggregate a single account from a particular source e.g. Success Factors. Given there is no workflow in our tenant.

Yes. You can use the submit-reload-account API endpoint.
Since it takes the account id, it would work for both use-cases.
