An article in compass says that the Services Standard Before Provisioning Rule needs to be deployed for the partner but doesn’t say anything for the customer.
Could anyone help me to understand how customers can get the “Services Standard Before Provisioning Rule”? Is this rule developed by sailpoint and made available to the customer? Is there any documentation on this rule?
The rule on the below post is version 1.6.1. Is that the latest version of the rule, or is there any new version? Also, who updates the version of the rule? Sailpoint or the customer?
You should be able to make a request at support.sailpoint.com to have the Services Standard Before Provisioning rule deployed to your tenant (SailPoint must deploy it since it’s a cloud rule). There are later versions of the rules - it is something created by SailPoint Professional Services but is not covered by official support (like the Bulk Upload Utility or other community content).
