ServiceNow Integration - Excessive tickets being logged

Hi

At the moment multiple additional SNOW tickets are being logged to the service desk which is overwhelming our servicedesk.

One scenario is when a user requests a role, a ticket is generated.

However if the ticket is still open when an identity refresh occurs, more tickets are being logged for the same piece of access.

Any help or advice would be appreciated

I have experienced similar issues and am curious if someone has a resolution for it.

We are also experience similar issue now , can i know how did you fix this

Did you try application instead of role in request centre and see how it goes?
