ServiceNow Service Desk - Incident request for Connected Application

Hi All,

As I am working with Integration of ServiceNow Service Desk in SailPoint IdentityNow, I am wondering is it possible to create ticket / have incident for connected applications as well?

Is it possible to have ticket for both Active Directory and a delimited file based application?

There are no documents that contain “Incident Request” information.

Hi @swapnasarit, if you remove the provisioning feature flag from Active Directory, tickets will be created for Active Directory application. Essentially, you will have to choose from Automatic Provisioning or Ticket.

To send Snow Ticket for connected application -

a) Amend the application (in this case AD) to remove “provisioning” from “features”
b) In your ServiceNow ServiceDesk application, add Active Directory as managed app.
c) In your ServiceNow ServiceDesk application, choose the Catalog Item value corresponding to AD app so that tickets can be created.
