SDIM ticket creation for Connected Source

Hello Everyone,

We are working for the Box integration, apart from the Account provisioning in Box application we also wanted to create a SDIM ticket.
As IdentityNow only supports one approach connected or disconnected for a Application.
Please help with the idea how this can be achieved.

Hi @kanha141,

You can use workflow with Provisioning completed as trigger and Manage ServiceNow ticket as action to create tickets in ServiceNow.
