hello,

I am looking for way to create separate SNOW REQ for each entitlement in Access Request.

By looking at doc, i’ve tried below combinations.
1st combination
entry key=‘multipleTicket’ value=‘true’/
no entry for groupTicketBy
2n combination
entry key=‘multipleTicket’ value=‘true’/
entry key=‘groupTicketBy’ value=‘Application’/
3rd combinations
entry key=‘multipleTicket’ value=‘true’/
entry key=‘groupTicketBy’ value=‘none’/

In above all cases, One SNOW REQ is creating at application level which is not my requirement.

Can anyone help pls?

the 1st and last combination is same.

Not sure, but give a try after clearing the Cache.

clear IdentityIQ’s cache (Debug > Clear Cache)

same issue post cache clear.
