I’m encountering what seems to be a limitation of forms in Workflows to send to a population of users instead of a single user. We’ve tried sending it to a shared email and governance group with no luck. We receive an error stating that the ID selected is not the one required to use the form.
Hi @trettkowski - Unfortunately, the form doesn’t currently support assigning it to multiple users directly. However, as a workaround, you can implement a loop to send the form individually to each identity.
