Send scheduled report to Distribution list instead of sending it to individual identities

Hi Team,
There is a requirement to schedule a report for vendors end date to send to a particular distribution list instead of sending it to individual identities. I could see there is only we can identities email addresses there is no option to add distribution list.Please confirm if there is any way to send report to distribution list.

Send it by creating a workgroup. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Create a workgroup and give it the desired name.
  2. Set your distribution list (DL) in the group email field. (You can provide multiple addresses separated by commas.)
  3. Choose the notification setting “Notify group email only.”
  4. Do not add any users.
  5. Save the workgroup.
  6. Use or select(UI) this workgroup in the report.

I see this query under ISC, believe you are using subscription for a search query.

We don’t have option to send it to a email address at the moment, you can create a service account (Non-human) Identity for that DL, select that Identity there under other subscribers.

Please ignore my previous comment because it is for IIQ and in IdentityNOW/ISC - we don’t have workgroups, so please follow @KRM7 instructions and below relevant topic solution.
