Segments Not Working With SNOW Catalog Integration

Hi all,

We have a requirements to restrict the set of Roles/Access Profiles/Entitlements to a specific set of users. So, I have implemented a segment in SailPoint and it’s working fine. However we need a same restriction when the request is made from ServiceNow Service Catalog, this is not working. I remember this restriction will not work for ORG_ADMIN users and ORG_ADMIN level of user is used for the ServiceNow Catalog integration. So, any other way we can implement this restriction?

The ServiceNow Catalog integration currently does not support Segments. I believe it’s on the roadmap, but there is no definitive timeline yet.
