Seeking Guidance on Integrating Zycus with SailPoint IdentityNow

Hi everyone,

I’m exploring the possibility of integrating Zycus (specifically its procurement and vendor management modules) with SailPoint IdentityNow for identity governance and access control purposes.

So far, I haven’t found any official connectors or documentation that directly support this integration. I’m particularly interested in:

  • Any existing use cases or success stories involving Zycus and SailPoint

  • Recommendations for best practices when integrating third-party procurement platforms with IdentityNow

  • Insights on using custom connectors, or API/SCIM-based approaches for this scenario

  • Any known challenges or limitations to be aware of

If anyone has experience with this integration or similar setups, I’d really appreciate your input or pointers to relevant resources.

Hi Martha,

We don’t have OOTB connector to integrate Zycus with SailPoint. As both platforms address different primary functions.

There is no “out-of-the-box” Zycus connector in SailPoint’s integration catalog.

The integration would need to be built using an API-driven approach. Either by using a custom connector development or integrating Zycus API with SailPoint as a webservice connector like other systems ( etc SAP..)
