Ever since the January 20, 2026 Entitlement Aggregation service disruption, we’ve been noticing significant delays in Search Results e.g. query on whether an account exists/does not exist with an Identity is returning inaccurate results even longer than 2 hours the account is created.
I see an old closed thread in 2024 Search Module Delay that didn’t really have a resolution but was simply auto-closed. Just wondering if there are others seeing the same thing or something similar? Thanks! I attached the outage disruption from status.sailpoint.com in case folks are wondering which issue I am referring to.
