Is anyone else running into an issue with search not returning the correct results? I have a saved search that I run to find users who aren’t receiving a job title based role, and for some reason there’s 70+ identities returning from my query, even though I can see they have the job title based role. The query just looks for active identities who have an entitlement we use to flag roles that are job title based, and excludes everyone else. One of the engineers on my team reached out to some of his friends who also use SailPoint and they reported a big delay in the search module. I’ve run identity refreshes via the ‘apply changes’ button and from the api, and the identities are still being returned from this query. Anyone else experiencing this?
@mosareini same here the search result for populating for some users and not for others. I have tried refresh the page but it doesn’t work.
Yes we are seeing within the search module a very large delay in displaying updated information. Even after refreshes and account aggregations
@colin_mckibben Is there a known issue with the search module right now on you guys’ end?

@Anshu_Kunal That’s weird because up until today we were able to run identity refreshes via ‘apply changes’ button, and the attributes and provisioning sync would happen right after. Would maybe take 5-10 mins max.
