User data shown in Identity and Search feature not in sync

Hi All,

We are facing a unique issue where we are seeing difference in the data when we search for a user via Search feature vs the actual Identity data.

Example in Search a user is shown having 2 roles but in reality or when you select the same user via Identity List > Roles tab it is showing no roles. The search feature is actually not showing the current data of user.

Any idea what is this new issue or the fix for this? We saw in Sandbox initially and now seeing the same bug in Production also.

Generally the updates to Search are almost instantaneous , there can be cases also where potentially the updates could take minutes for the IdentityNow Search related data to update.

If you are noticing any performance issues in the tenant, I would suggest to open case with support whom can investigate and provide further input.
