SAP HR HCM as Authoritative Source and Provisioning ESS and MSS account and roles

Hello,

Our primary data source is SAP HR HCM. However, as part of our HR procedures, it’s noted that after onboarding an employee, there’s a requirement to create accounts and allocate ESS roles for regular users, and MSS roles for managers.

I noticed that ESS and MSS are separate modules within SAP HCM. My query is whether the modify rule in the SAP HR/HCM connector can handle this task, such as creating accounts for ESS and assigning roles.

I appreciate any assistance from individuals knowledgeable about SAP HCM modules. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi @Saket95606,I noticed several comments across various posts inquiring about the specific SailPoint product associated with ISC-tagged items, wanted to provide some clarification on this matter. All items tagged as ISC are sourced exclusively from IDN. There is no need to check for separate categorization between IDN and IIQ in these cases.
