SailPoint Status page integration

Hi All,

I’m looking for guidance on the options available to monitor the SailPoint status page. Specifically:

  • Is there a way to automatically trigger an incident or alert to the team when there’s an outage or degradation?

  • Which monitoring tools can we integrate with to generate alerts/incidents based on SailPoint status updates?

Any suggestions or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

If you go to the status site:

SailPoint Status

At the top you can subscribe to updates and it will send you alerts based on the options you select (email, phone, etc).

@vkashat This is something we have already done from our part. But we want incident triggered to our team.

What kind of incident? One of the options is a webhook, you could probably use that to generate an incident to your team.

Easiest solution

  1. Go to [https://status.sailpoint.com]
  2. Click Subscribe to updates
  3. Choose:
  • Email (shared team inbox)
  • Slack (if supported for your workspace)
  1. Create a rule in your tooling:
  • Email → ServiceNow incident
  • Slack → Workflow Builder → create Jira/incident
