Hi experts,
we have defined an access profile that has an approval flow that goes through the manager and the source owner.
When it reaches the second approver (source owner) it is supposedly an identity of sailpoint professional services, I would like to know if there is any explanation for this?
Perhaps it makes sense for this to happen when it does not find the source owner?
