Enable AutoApprove in ServiceNow

There is no “immediate” closure since ServiceNow has to periodically poll for the status of the access request. However, the option right above Auto Approve Enabled should let you shorten the time between status checks [image] I would be careful setting it for too long because if the servicenow workflow will automatically cancel itself after a specific number of activity executions (usually 100)
