SailPoint not able to add the AD related Entitlements and showing the status as Retry

Could you tell us what was the error while testing the provisioning?
Also, just to double check, Is you Target Active Directory application and IQService up and running?

Thanks for the response.
Yes, IQ Services are running up and there is no error thrown in this case.
But the thing is whatever entitlements related to AD are not adding via SailPoint and AD account also not getting disabled and status is showing as Retry as per the attached screenshot.
