Entitlement requested for normal ad account but provisioned to other AD account sailpoint iiq

facing an issue where requesting an entitlement for normal AD account and also got approval for the same but iiq provisioned the entitlement to other secondary ad account.

Note: user have two ad accounts for eg: c2876 and c2876_ETL

  1. While selecting an entitlements in Manage Access Tab, SailPoint will prompt pop up and ask user to select which ad account you want to process. It will provisioned based on user selection.
  2. Do you have any custom workflow to provision the entitlements? If yes, please print the provisioning plan from the workflow and as well as in before rule and validate it
